CLIPr is a Video Analysis and Management (VAM) platform using AI and machine learning to help users quickly identify key moments within video content, enabling them to organize, search, interact and share with ease and efficiency. CLIPr’s machine learning algorithms analyze audio and visual cues, indexing uploaded video content into topics which users select to create recaps of only the valuable video moments that matter to them. CLIPr’s searchable database and quick recall of video content makes it easy for employees to follow-up and take actions without relying solely on time-consuming and often incomplete note taking. The CLIPr Trainer component of CLIPr’s VAM platform allows humans to manually review the AI-processed video segments in a timeline view and make adjustments as needed, which in turn, further trains CLIPr’s machine learning algorithms to understand each user's individual preferences over time. It’s almost impossible to predict and prevent workforce issues - until now. Humaxa’s anonymous AI Assistant – affectionately named “Max” - encourages employees to open up by offering immediate solutions. Humaxa’s technology is based on our founders’ research in Cognitive Neuroscience and 20+ years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry. Employees like “Max” because Max is a friendly bot, ready to listen and offer immediate suggestions. Leaders like Max because Max acts as an “early warning system” that prevents workforce issues from becoming issues in the first place. This allows Humaxa’s clients to save thousands to millions of dollars per year.
Carolyn Peer, CEO and Cofounder of Humaxa and “Max”
Carolyn Peer (CEO and Co-founder of Humaxa) is an award-winning Human Capital Management industry leader with an MA in Instructional Technology and a BA in Cognitive Neuroscience. Carolyn started her HR Technology career as the Lead Instructional Designer at an early stage HR Tech startup called ProBusiness. Carolyn helped build the business and ADP acquired ProBusiness in 2003. After taking a leadership position at ADP (running one of ADP’s Learning & Performance organizations for National Accounts), she guided ADP to a top-20 placement in Training Magazine's Top 125 organizations and a top-5 placement in CLO Magazine's worldwide ranking in 2014. Carolyn left ADP in 2017 to join forces with two colleagues and to found Humaxa, offering a Machine Learning-powered Digital Assistant that predicts and prevents unwanted employee issues.
